I’m a mum of three, a former cyber safety consultant, and I’ve spent years working at the intersection of technology, systems, and real family life. I’ve seen what happens when families rely on fear-based advice or one-size-fits-all rules — and I’ve also seen how powerful things can be when boundaries are intentional, values-led, and supported by the right tools.

I don’t believe parental controls are about spying, punishment, or control.
