Messenger Kids

Messenger Kids

Messenger Kids is an app that allows children to message and video chat each other.  The beauty of Messenger Kids is that is controlled by the Parent via a Parent Dashboard.

Easy to Install

Parents install the app onto their child’s device using their own Facebook account details.  The child cannot see or access their parent’s Facebook account.

By setting up the account with their Facebook account, parents can access the Parents Dashboard whilst in Facebook!

Parents Dashboard

The Parents Dashboard allows you to manage who is in your child’s contact list.  Contacts must be approved by both the parents of each child.

Parents can see what images/videos are being shared and can also download a file containing all messages sent and received.  Messages cannot be deleted once sent.  You can also access the messages by simply going into the app on your child’s device.

If your child blocks a contact then you will be notified.

The Parent Dashboard has settings that let you manage when your child is allowed to use the app.  For example, you can set it so that they cannot send (or receive) messages from 8.30pm until 8.00am.  If a contact has sent a message during this time, it will simply appear after 8.00am.

Messenger Kids Features

For the Parents:  No in-app purchases or Ads!

For the Kids:  Lots of fun filters, stickers, GIFs, emoji’s and drawing tools!
