Screen Time Checklist

Screen time battles can be exhausting.  Day in, day out.  The same conversation and pushback. Creating some consistency and expectations can make everyone’s day calmer. I’ve created a Screen time checklist for you!  

Print it out put it somewhere you and your family can easily refer to it. I keep ours inside the pantry door – a cupboard everyone visits regularly!
