5 Kids-Safe YouTube Kids Channels

My post “Is there a Safe Way for our Kids to Watch YouTube?” raised a great question!

How do you know which channels are safe to add to the collection in your child’s profile in YouTube Kids?

Argh!

Never fear – I won’t leave you to work it all out for yourself!  I’ve gone ahead and chosen some to get you started……

5 Kid-Safe YouTube Kids Channels

1  If you have littlies or pre-schoolers then you can’t go past ABC Kids.  You’ll find all their favourites here! Playschool, Giggle and Hoot and DirtGirl.

2  Another great channel for pre-schoolers is Sesame Street.  The very same show we watched as  kids.  They can follow Big Bird around the old neighbourhood!

3  If your kids are a bit older then they might like AllTube4Kids.  This channel is created by a family  who stage safe pranks, kids funny comedy videos and safe kids challenges.

4  Creative kids will love Cartooning 4 Kids | How to Draw.  These videos walk them through how to  draw their favourites like Schoochum from Pokemon and Betty Boop.

5  Lots of kids love Minecraft so I’ve picked out a channel just for them!  PaulSoaresJr. is a kid-safe  channel created by a dad and a gamer who makes videos with tips and tricks

If you would like to find out more about YouTube Kids Parental Controls then head over to CommonSense Media.  Please remember though that these parental controls are only a tool for us to use and are not a substitute for parental supervision.
